1. Booking & Payment

  • All classes must be booked in advance via our website or directly through.

  • Payment is required in advance or in person before the class begins.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Cash

    • PayPal

    • Revolut

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund or class credit.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • If a class is canceled by the instructor (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), clients will be offered:

    • A reschedule

    • A full refund

    • Or a class credit

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons and no refund will be issued.

4. Safety & Liability

  • All participants must disclose any injuries or health conditions before participating.

  • You participate at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes.

  • Pole dancing is a physically demanding activity. Please listen to your body and follow the instructor’s guidance at all times.

5. Minimum Age

  • You must be at least 18 years old to attend classes, unless stated otherwise for special workshops or private sessions.

6. Privacy

  • Your contact and booking information will be kept confidential and will never be shared without your consent.

7. By Booking a Class, You Agree To:

  • Respect the instructor and other participants

  • Follow the class rules and safety guidelines

  • Accept these Terms of Service
